A deep depression over the Bay of Bengal is on a three-day path to becoming a very severe cyclonic storm. The IMD expects landfall between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam on the forenoon of October 28 — and both Andhra Pradesh and Odisha have already moved into emergency mode.
